Even with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey as the hosts, the red carpet is always better than the actual awards show.
I love seeing the dresses and suits and hearing the stars talk without having to thank a bunch of people and list everyone they're supposed to. I like seeing everyone all prettied up, feeling confident and powerful. I definitely have a few favorites from last night's Red Carpet, including Lupita Nyong'o in Ralph Lauren and Emma Watson in Dior.
